Topographic surveys are carried out using Laser 'Total Station' instruments. Control can be tied in to local grid or co-ordinated to OS National Grid using GPS technology.

Methodology and accepted accuracies to RICS specs unless there are client specific requirements.

Surveys are processed using specialist survey software and supplied digitally in Autocad DWG or DXF format.
